Slicing an apple allows you to quickly see that's inside the fruit. By cracking a walnut you can find out what is inside the shell. Simply by turning the pages of a report you can learn a great deal about the given topic. To find what is inside less tangible entities can be a bit more difficult. For example, what is inside green? Perhaps we can only tell what is inside by how it manifests itself on the outside? Consider these six ideas. Choose two and tell what you believe lies inside each. Be creative and support your response.
(1) hatred
(2) fear
(3) heroism
(4) failure
(5) excellence
(6) friendship
